Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns on most unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase. A receipt is required for a full refund. Items returned without a receipt may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. To return an item, please bring the product and receipt to the customer service desk. Items such as underwear and final sale items may be excluded from this return policy.
Policy Details
· Return Period: Customers have 60 days after purchase to return an item.
· Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
· Proof of Purchase: A receipt is required for a full refund.
· Returns without a receipt: If the customer does not have a receipt, an exchange or store credit may be offered.
· Processing Returns: Once the return is processed (which may take several business days), the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
· Exclusions: Certain textile products, items exposed to cigarette smoke or animal odors, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to return:
· In-store: Bring the product and receipt to the customer service desk.
· By mail: You must contact customer service to obtain a shipping label. Return fees will be deducted from the refund.
